Representatives from The Magpie Centre, home of West Norfolk RDA, joined the local community on Sunday Nov 9th 2025 to take part in the Remembrance Service in Downham Market.
The group, which included trustee Nigel, chairman Cath, four volunteers, and four participants, came together to honour those who gave their lives in service to our country.
During the ceremony, the Magpie Centre team laid a beautiful bouquet of flowers on behalf of everyone at the Centre — a heartfelt tribute to those animals and individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Nigel, Trustee at the Magpie Centre, said:
“It was a privilege to represent the Centre at such a meaningful community event. Remembrance Day is an important moment to pause and reflect, and we were proud to join together with our riders, volunteers, and families to pay our respects.”
The morning’s service was a touching occasion, bringing together people from across the local area in remembrance and gratitude. The Magpie Centre is proud to be part of such a supportive and caring community.
