Equine Assisted Therapy (EALT)

Our six-week courses are designed for individuals or groups and led by qualified, accredited staff.

Equine-assisted learning therapy provide a unique approach to personal growth, helping participants confront fears and express themselves in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

These courses encourage the development of empathy, impulse control, and problem-solving skills, all while fostering trust in oneself and others. Through meaningful interactions with horses, participants can build connections that promote self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Did you know a horse can hear up to two miles away!! They also use their ears to communicate with other horses.
This week why not spend time listening to a friend or family member, do their ears move or do they use other features?
Did you know horses only lie down where they feel:
👍Physically comfortable,
👍Socially safe,
👍Undisturbed
👍Free from pressure (the exception being ill health)
Does this sound familiar? If you struggle to sleep think about your sleep environment and emotions surrounding it.
